Cecil Lloyd was brilliant young pianist living in Jamaica who graduated from the Julliard School of Music in New York City. Noted for his "swinging idiom" of Progressive Jazz and the easy lyrical flow of Latin-American music. In 1961, he made his classical debut at Carnegie Hall, New York.
On this album, Cecil is accompanied by Noel Seal on Conga drums, Lowell Morris on regular drums, Dennis Sindry on guitar, and Lloyd Mason on bass.
Total of 12 Selections - Recorded in Jamaica by Federal Record Studio - Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies.
LP record is in Near Mint to Mint as it is still in it's Sealed Condition with no tears to the shrinkwrap.
