45 rpm pop: PAUL PETERSEN (of the Donna Reed Show) - My Dad / Little Boy Sad - Colpix 663, with the harder-to-find picture sleeve; released in 1962. 

Condition: EX/VG (clean and glossy with a few minimal scuffs, and clean labels; sleeve has nibbling along top edge and little more to one side seam, light ringwear, light corner wrinkles).
