We have completed almost 4,000 transactions by the time of this listing so take into consideration that we have only a handful of negative feedbacks.  We take a lot of time in our listings so if you choose not to read the listing and pics and then decide to return one of our items, please do not try to claim the item not as described.  We accept regular returns automatically and simply ask the buyer to pay return shipping with no problems.  However, if a buyer opens a case stating the items is not as described even if the listing was crystal clear then please understand that we will fight for our side of our business.  We appeal such cases and report scammers who try to use deceptive practices in our store.  In the case we do make mistakes in our listing, we will happily accept the return shipping.  This is a small family business and we raise our kids on the small income we make on Ebay so we appreciate our buyers keep this in mind.  The large majority of our customers are incredibly professional and very polite, and we thank our customers with all our hearts.  Thanks for looking and good luck!
