This is the original , stereo , US ( East Coast ) pressing with the skull on the front cover in the lower left . Andy Warhol is credited for cover concept on back.
I tried to capture the skull in the second picture but it is hard because it depends on angle and light. This was the best I could come up with.
This groundbreaking album was released in 1968 and was the last Velvet album in original lineup .
For a 50 year old album the cover is in remarkable condition and the actual vinyl album is near perfect. The inside jacket are also original and near perfect.
I do think it will be hard to find a better example for this price
