This is a picture record from 1946. I think it is a 78 speed record. Its thicker than most records today. Made by Vogue The Picture Record Company. Both side songs are by the same artist "Lulu Belle and Scotty". Song on side is "Grandpa's Gettin' Younger Ev'ry Day" and other side is "Time Will Tell". I have not played it so I couldn't tell you what quality it is but I do notice scratches on record. Here is a similar record on youtube...
