The E.J. Day gatefold sleeve is in strong solid shape with no rips, cuts or sticker tears but has some rubbing on the top edge. The sleeve has a single LHS and a double RHS which holds the disc, accessed from inside at the centre fold. It seems to me the back has been cut oversized and glued to the inner which has caused some bending and rippling of the rear. Nothing outrageous, I'm only mentioning it for completeness. Say 7.5 out of 10 overall regards condition of the sleeve.
The poly-lined inner sleeve is of the plain variety but nonetheless is in good clean and intact order.
For the record itself it reads 125g on my digital scale so is of medium weight, flat and shiny.
Both labels are very clean albeit dark in colour and I can't see any obvious signs of spindle 'snail' tracking at the tight centre holes to indicate the record has been played much in anger. But under the evil and cruel desk lamp I see some scuffs and light hairlines, probably as a result of poor handling rather than sloppy use of a turntable arm. I'm giving the vinyl 7.5 /10.  If the buyer disagrees then no problem to return of course.
