''The Silent Vigil'' so called the 2nd full lenght album by this old school Death Metal bards MEMORIAM with ex-BOLT THROWER vocalist Karl Willets, drummer Andrew Whale & their BENEDICTION mates Frank Healy & Scott Fairfax.

Not even a year has passed since the celebrated debut album ''For The Fallen'' and already the next record are at the start.

As the year ticked on beyond the album’s release it became ever more apparent that the band was nowhere near want taking a breather.

In the meantime, the band members have seemingly overcome their grief over the death of Martin Kiddie Kerns and transformed them into driving productivity.

The British have left the safety of the BOLT THROWER tank and are now in direct contact with their environment in order to be able to respond much more directly to topics of burning relevance.

Because just the madness, which is currently taking place in the political camps of this world, calls for a statement formally for themselves. In any case, MEMORIAM are there to stay and tell their point of view & musically present in crushing death metal.
