ABRUPTUM - Evil Genius LP (coloured)

ABRUPTUM from Stockholm with their 95s album ''Evil Genius'', which includes the demos ''Abruptum'', ''The Satanist Tunes'' and the ''Evil'' EP.

At the time, the band was considered totally ill and abysmally evil. The Underground literally worshiped these Chaos masters like gods from another star. ABRUPTUM were seen in the circles of salsify fans as well as in the old Death Metal scene as groundbreaking for the most extreme music & an abysmally morbid image.

The protagonists of the band - Evil Morgan Steinmeyer Hakansson from MARDUK, IT from OPTHALAMIA and All from WAR put together a confused sound that admittedly represents a rather getting used to music.

The result of these kamikaze actions sounded like a mixture of doomy EDGE OF SANITY, jazz, old BATHORY and scratchy noisecore with pain-distorted screaming attacks.

Here 2018 now available again as Record Store Day Edition, limited to 300 pieces in silver/black marbled vinyl.
