Here is a Genuine Rolling Stones, England’s Newest Hit Makers from 1964 in Stereo and the Vinyl is in NEAR MINT; I listened to it and it’s amazing! The Cover has some wear but performed a brilliant job of protecting the vinyl.  

 

I believe that this may be a repress from the early 70's of the 1964 original due to the LONDON RECORDs GROUP inner sleeve which is included.
