THE FAMOUS FRATS QUINTET - "Authentic Jamaican Folk Songs" is produced by Starline Records #FLP-102 (circa early 1960's)
The Frats Quintet was formed in Jamaica in 1951 by five members of the East Queen Street Baptist Young men's Fraternal. In 1953, they performed at a Command Performance for Queen Elizabeth and The Duke of Edinburgh in Kingston, Jamaica and have participated in international contests and have appeared in their first film  in 1956.
Members of the Quintet are: Sydney Clarke (First Tenor); Granville Lindo (First Tenor); Altamont Wilson (Second Tenor); Winston White (First Bass and Leader); Wilfred Warner (Second Bass).
Total of SIXTEEN (16) selections include "Soja-man"; "Wheel & tun me"; Merican A Come"; and others.

LP Record is in Excellent condition. Record has been cleaned.  Album is in Very Good+ condition with light wear. No tears. No writings or marks.
