Offshore

Please note: Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Islands small to medium parcels will NOT COST any extra with the Royal Mail, anything over 2kg that cannot be delivered by our local courier and has to be transported by The Royal Mail this will incur extra postage fee.

tRavel@Browns use Royal Mail for orders 2kg or less so our customers pay exactly the same for delivery, regardless where they live in the UK. For larger, heavier orders we use couriers RATHER than The Royal Mail to deliver to mainland addresses and this flat rate delivery charge is normally much less expensive than if sending by Royal Mail.

We do not, repeat do not, penalise customers who live on offshore islands . . . we use Royal Mail, who offer a "universal service". If other delivery companies can beat Royal Mail's charges then this is what we use to keep all costs down so we all benefit from this. We do not charge islands customers more than Royal Mail's UK-wide universal charges.

By using courier companies we can offer much more competitive rates for delivering heavier orders to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and other UK offshore islands.
