Ludwig van Beethoven: Cello Sonatas Nos. 2 & 3

Performed by Maurice Gendron and Jean Francais.

German Ed1 Telefunken mono pressing with purple & silver labels.

Article-no.: LE 6521. German issue of the Ducretet Thomson recording from the 50s.

Condition Cover: VG. Thin stitched and fully laminated sleeve with top insert. Crease and ring-wear, some lamination lift, no splits.

The sleeve was massively scribbled on and had several stickers attached, all of which could fortunately be removed...
Condition Vinyl: EX to NM. Beautifully preserved copy with only a couple of light, almost entirely inaudible paperscuffs.

Comes from a collection whose pre-owner used to scribble massively on the back-covers - mostly writing down other recordings he owned of the same works and often added pictures from papers on the fronts and backs.
But he apparently handled the records with utter care as in contrast to the sometimes gruesomely blemished sleeves, the vinyls are mostly in top notch condition. I cherry-picked some of the more interesting copies and removed what I could from the sleeves. About 30 of the articles on offer this week stem from this collection.

General Information:

- Shipping-rates may differ for different destinations, please check details below for more information or shortly adress me.

- I offer combined shipping for multiple purchases and I'll always send an invoice with correct rates shortly after auction-end.

- Unless you notify me in time, payment is expected within 5 days after receiving of invoice. If I don't at least hear from you in between, I'll send a non-payment notification through Ebay
   afterwards.

- I use sturdy cardboard-boxes and cardboard-dividers, both specifically designed for the safe shipping of vinyl records.

- Most LPs receive new antistatic innersleeves (in addition to the original ones, which of course are also provided). I, however, don't add new sleeves, if the original ones seem fitting.

- If in doubt about anything, please contact me, I'm glad to assist you with any possible queries!

A note about my record-grading:

I usually only visually grade the LPs under strong light and I only playgrade them ( i.e. the portions that seem to have signs of usage), if I can't be sure of their actual condition.
If records show stronger signs of soiling I'll professionally clean them (Okki Nokki RCM), but I'm not doing this if it's obviously only dust, as I know that collectors usually prefer their
very own way of record-cleaning.

My goal is to always decribe the records appropriately and I will name every visible and/or audible defect in my detailed description. If regardless of my precautions
you should ever be dissatisfied with the condition of a record, please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback to give me the chance to resolve your query.
I'm confident, however, that this will hardly ever be the case. I've been selling records for many years now and so far complaints fortunately have been the utter exception!
