We recently purchased a collection from an 87 year old gentleman who took great care with his records. He recorded each record to reel to reel when he bought them and then put them away. As a result, they are all in superb condition and while some have cover flaws, the vinyl itself is pristine!
He stored his records on shelves in his basement cataloged by label. Unfortunately, some water got to the Impulse shelf. The records are still near mint but the covers have varying degrees of moisture damage at the bottom.

The record is clean and unmarked. Cover has moisture damage to bottom of the cover. Damage is most prevalent inside gatefold. There's a slice in the bottom right corner of the back cover where there was likely a blister. Top portion is still near mint. Please look at pictures to see damage.
