Vinyl: VG++ condition, deep gloss reflective sheen, surface marks that do not affect play, will have random ticks, but no skips, Pitman pressing. As with all vintage vinyl, a good cleaning is recommended to eliminate any lingering dust and stored surface static.

Labels: Straight labels sharp and clean with no spindle marks, Straight/Bizarre address on label radial text.

Gatefold cover: VG++ condition, showing average shelf wear, printed spine info shifted to edge, otherwise no writing, heavy ring wear, stickers, tape, seam splits or barcode. All artwork/photo illustrations are bright with rich color, no fading or stains. Includes original black Straight factory sleeves with Bizarre address.

Also includes original 6-page, 2-fold white paper insert in VG condition, shows some yellowing from light aging. Printed single-color black (folds to 12"x12"), lyrics within. Front has half-tone photo of school-age Don Vliet inside a panel, with legend; Trout Mask Replica - Captain Beefheart. Back and inner spread has line illustrations by "The Mascara Snake". Inside facing-page has handwritten Manta Ray poem which is under-signed 'Don Van Vliet'.

Errata on labels vs sleeve:

"Moonlight On Vermont" is misprinted as "Moonlight In Vermont" on the label.

"The Blimp" is printed "The Blimb" misprinted and has "(Mousetrapreplica)" suffix on the label.
