Really Nice Rarity Blues 78 Youve got what i want / My Back to the Wall Irene Scruggs on Ristic  Limited Edition no 51/100 with Blind Arthur Blake on guitar Recorded in 1956 this really sounds and looks perfect,  the surface looks unplayed !! and sounds fantastic with only slight background noise The labels look shiny and unused with very minimal if any spindle use. An interesting thing to note is after the song there is a recording of the engineer saying "original issue genet 7296 " i think and thats at the runout on both sides Interesting anyway ! I wish i didnt have to get rid but needs must  This is one of many more interesting and rare recordings i will be listing over the next few days so keep an eye Auction starts at £10

I package 78’s properly with proper thought to the process of sending a fragile easily broken and therefore ruined valuable item

 

With very fragile 78rpm shellac gramophone records i will enclose the record within a plastic sleeve, sandwich the record between at least 4 cardboard stiffeners and 2 hardboard wood stiffeners which are light but strong, thus offering resistance to bending and impacts but not adding significantly to weight costs

 

All of the above is free as you will only pay what the Royal Mail will charge me!!

 

My postage charge for dispatch within the UK is £6 for 1 or 2 single 10” or 12” 78 Shellac Disc

These prices are what the post office will charge me for 1st class signed for delivery within the UK

This will also cover the insurance costs of valuable discs up to £50

I will not compromise on this by sending 2nd class or not signed for

 I do not make any profit on the actual postage costs
