Important information concerning international shipping!
The German Post's services are partially limited at the moment, some non-european destinations can not be served due to the current pandemic.
This may affect shipments to some Asian destinations such as Japan, Korea and Taiwan, as well as shipments to Canada and the US!
Shipments to China and Hongkong are not affected anymore!

European destinations are mainly still serviceable, if in doubt about your country, please ask me beforehand!
If you're from a country to which I can temporarily not ship, I'm happy to keep your purchases and ship them after everything is back to normal.

I'm checking the options on a daily basis right now. Anyway: I will have to insist on payment incl. shipping beforehand in these cases.
If you're not O.K. with this, please abstain from bidding!

General Information:

- Shipping-rates may differ for different destinations, please check details below for more information or shortly adress me.

- I offer combined shipping for multiple purchases and I'll always send an invoice with correct rates shortly after auction-end.

- Unless you notify me in time, payment is expected within 5 days after receiving of invoice. If I don't at least hear from you in between, I'll send a non-payment notification through Ebay
   afterwards.

- I use sturdy cardboard-boxes and cardboard-dividers, both specifically designed for the safe shipping of vinyl records.

- Most LPs receive new antistatic innersleeves (in addition to the original ones, which of course are also provided). I, however, don't add new sleeves, if the original ones seem fitting.

- If in doubt about anything, please contact me, I'm glad to assist you with any possible queries!

A note about my record-grading:

I usually only visually grade the LPs under strong light and I only playgrade them ( i.e. the portions that seem to have signs of usage), if I can't be sure of their actual condition.
If records show stronger signs of soiling I'll professionally clean them (Okki Nokki RCM), but I'm not doing this if it's obviously only dust, as I know that collectors usually prefer their
very own way of record-cleaning.

My goal is to always decribe the records appropriately and I will name every visible and/or audible defect in my detailed description. If regardless of my precautions
you should ever be dissatisfied with the condition of a record, please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback to give me the chance to resolve your query.
I'm confident, however, that this will hardly ever be the case. I've been selling records for many years now and so far complaints fortunately have been the utter exception!
