I rate both of the vinyl records as being in Near Mint Condition, with a full and complete test play having been conducted on both. These records provide a great sound. The Cover is in Excellent Condition, with wear apparent on the right side edge where the sleeves go in. The Original Inner Sleeves are both here, and are in Near Mint Condition. The Lyric Sheet is still with this record, and is in Near Mint Condition.The Springsteen record is ready to ship, and will do so the next Postal business day following payment.
