Offered is the 1st Edition Mono Pressing of the Debut album from The Highway Q C's on the Vee-Jay label.

One of the early Black Gospel / Soul groups, the Highway Q C's launched the careers of an impressive number of the great talents in Soul / Funk - including Sam Cooke.
Sam was one of the founding members, and had moved on before this Debut LP was released.

THE VINYL - VG+

VG+ :  Moderate playtime is evident, with numerous light and shallow marks along both of the the vinyl surfaces.  Light, periodic background noise occurs. 

Bright, undamaged, Burgundy and Silver Vee-Jay Record labels, and moderate spindlewear.

There are no deep marks, and all tracks play through with no skipping or sticking.

The mono playback is strong and clear. 




THE COVER - EX

EX :  Please see photos / laminated / well-stored with some minor scuffing / there is a small (record store) hole punch visible on the front, lower left corner, and a small amount of paper loss on the front, top center / bright colors / all of the seams, including the spine, are intact / no other paper loss, writing, paper tears, dirt, or stains.
        


We have placed both the cover and the LP into separate, protective plastic sleeves.
