All of the records themselves range from good to excellent condition with varying degrees of light to moderate visible surface scratches and other wear from general use.

They also have some dust/dirt and some fingerprint smudges that can easily be cleaned off.

A thorough cleaning could certainly improve the sound. I chose to leave them as is for the listing as some people would prefer it that way so that they can clean the records themselves in the manner they see fit.

The jackets range from fair to very good condition with varying degrees of shelf and ring wear, and other signs of age and wear, but no major defects. Though most fall more so into the good to very good category in my opinion.

Of the 10 album jackets, only one has any seam splits, that being "On The Threshold Of A Dream" (see images). But even with that one, the record itself is still in pretty good shape and the sleeve is still structurally sound.
The sleeve for "A Question Of Balance" has the very beginnings of seam splitting on the top, but it's just on the edge and minor at this point.

Stored in a smoke free home, out of any direct sunlight, and away from any extreme temperature changes.
