IRON MAIDEN-THE NUMBER OF THE BEAST 1982 HARVEST RECORDS LP ST-12202 IN A SOLID VG(cover/sleeve)-STRONG VG+ CONDITION. MOSTLY CLEAN VINYL!! ....and Bruce Dickinson joins the band in this auction. Arguably the finest hour for the mighty Iron Maiden and a lot of it has to do with the band being able to expand their metal riffs & chops due to the vocal range of new lead singer, Bruce Dickinson. For any Maiden fan, they know exactly what I mean. Tracks such as the title cut, Children of the Damned, Run To The Hills & the monumental Hallowed Be Thy Name all appear on this landmark BWOHM release. all fan of the band or the genre need this one in their collection, it's an essential!!
The record is in an easy VG+ condition with just a very light scuff and a very tiny, light hairline on side 2 neither of which hamper play at all, plays well throughout. The cover has minor wear along the edges, minor rubs on the corners and some light aging front and back. The original lyric inner sleeve is there in spirit only and needs to be replaced. A terrific buy!!
