Guns N’ Roses - Appetite For Destruction -vinyl 1987 (Please Read Description). Condition is "Used". Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class.
Owned from new by a family member, now passed on to me. It’s seen the light of day today for the first time in around 30 years. Played on day of listing. Significant jumping on the first couple of songs on both sides. This was particularly bad and on welcome to the jungle which was rendered almost unlistenable by the jumping. The latter parts of both sides played absolutely fine apart from the odd crackle. I don’t know whether the jumping could be improved upon, or even rectified, with a good clean, or even with a better record player (ours is very cheap).
There is some wear to the sleeve and inner sleeve. Noticed two splits to either side of the inner sleeve where the vinyl has pushed through.
I’ve tried to cover everything here but please ask if you have any questions or would like more photos.
Thanks for looking.
Please note, due to current lockdown restrictions there may be a delay in the speed in which I am able to ship items. However, I will try my best to get all items shipped within five days of the auction ending.
On 22-Oct-20 at 12:17:45 BST, seller added the following information:I have recently sold a record to somebody which jumped quite badly on our record player. I have since heard back from the buyer who told me that the record was fine on theirs. Couldn’t say whether this would be the case with this record, but thought it was worth mentioning. Our record player is very cheap and does have a very light arm. I am, however, still selling this under the assumption that it does jump.
