ABKCO – 5002-1
50th-anniversary edition, in a multifoldout cover, includes Michael Cooper’s original 3-D lenticular cover photograph. This release is also hand-numbered on the back. New and sealed but small indent on spine (may fold out if pushed from the inside but sold as damaged).
