The Jensen Sisters - Dancin' in the Autumn Breeze (1978, Accent) VG+/VG+, Signed

Artist: The Jensen Sisters

Album: Dancin' in the Autumn Breeze

Description: 1st and I believe only pressing of this surprisingly good and hard-to-find album.  The music is a mix between poppy-psyche (think Buddah Records) and the more grungy late 60's garage bands.  This was released in very small numbers near the end of the Accent label's existence.  This particular copy, like many of the ones out there, is signed.  The signatures haven't been verified, but look nearly identical to all the photos out there.

Sleeve Condition: VG+, sleeve is in nice shape.  Very clean with original blank inner sleeve.  Has a little bit of wear in the top right corner and a few random marks that look like soda splashes on the back.  The signatures are clear and sharp.  There are no splits or tears.  Overall the wear is very minimal and this presents very well.

Vinyl: VG+, this one doesn't seem to have been played many times due to the clean label and very little spindle wear.  It doesn't look like it was stored well though.  Visually, there are many very light, superficial surface scuffs.  More on Side 1 than 2, but a lot all over.  It does still have good original gloss.  I'd call it a stronger VG visually.  I play tested on my Empire 298 and it sounds really good.  I'm not sure the actual recording is the greatest, but what's there comes through very clear.  There was some very brief (1-2 second) crackles a couple of times, It was very dusty when I got it and I've cleaned it thoroughly.  It could probably use one more pass or a sonic cleaning to really shine.  Play-wise, I'd grade it a VG+.

Either-way, this is an overall strong copy of this album.

I want buying from me to be a good experience for you.  I also know that condition can be very subjective, so I encourage you to see pics for exact condition details and ask questions if you need additional information.  As always, the item you see is the one you will get.  Please see my feedback, I think that will show that I am an accurate and fair grader and make sure my customers are happy.

Check out my other listings, I'm adding lots of stuff to my store this week. Everything from jazz to new wave to obscure rap - vinyl and CDs.  Please mark me as a favorite seller if you like what you see.  I have bunch of stuff to get rid of.  Good luck and happy bidding!!
