I get all of my records from garage/estate sales & people purging.  I do listen to every record, unless noted & list the good, the bad, & the ugly from each.  I will list audible skips & visible markings that do or don't affect play.  They also need cleaning beyond the wipe down I give them.  Therefore, they are being SOLD AS IS.
Album cover is in GOOD condition, with normal wear & tear along the edges, corners & spine.  There is a slight tear on the back cover by the opening (see picture).  No other rips & no splits.  The inner paper sleeve is intact with multiple splits.  The record-NEEDS CLEANING.  There were no VISIBLE SCRATCH LIKE MARKS.  JUST VISIBLE DUST.  NO SKIPPING OR SCRATCHED.
