IT WAS PROBABLY PLAYED MAYBE TWO OR THREE TIMES TOPS.  THE COVER IS VG++. ORIGINAL ARTWORK INNER IS INCLUDED. THERE IS A 1' SPLIT ON THE CENTER SIDE AND A TINY 1/2 INCH ON THE BOTTOM CENTER.
