This is Elvis's 1970 Christmas album, catalog number Cas - 2428, published by Pickwick records, LP.
Side one of the record appears to be in e x condition.
SIde 2 has some surface marks that do not appear to affect the grooving at all.
As a result listing it as VG plus.
Looks like it was produced by Pickwick records but distributed in Canada.
The album cover has a hole punched and that's an some wearing around the edges. Listing the album cover as good.
