I remember studying for my exams at college and listening to the Joshua Tree album almost every night,I remember thinking to myself, How the heck are U2 going to match this outstanding masterpiece?

I was not expecting the band to release a movie with a complimentary double album,no less! with absolutely stunning deluxe style presentation.

I love the band member portrait picture discs, I wonder why other bands did not really do this very often?
I suppose you would need to have enough material, and a big enough budget to release a double album!

Its reallly hard to believe now that when U2 first started to tour the United States, that Elvis was only dead a few short years!
I think Bono felt the frustration of this,and did the next best thing by recording in Sun Studios,and then demanding to know, what great US music  legends where still alive?
This quest led to the lads from Dublin meeting Frank Sinatra,Writing for Roy Orbison,covering Bob Dylan on this album of course, and recording with the legendary BB King,also on this album!
This was truly a great time to be alive! Bono did not meet Elvis, but my goodness! due to his go for it! attitude to life, the band must have met everyone else!

Rattle And Hum for me plays out like a musical road map of the United States, the lads where obviously discovering,and getting influenced by the great music that America has given to the world!
Just listen to the magnificent gospel version on this album of I still Haven`t found what I`m Looking for!
Totally brilliant!

Records have an audio playback much closer to Near Mint!
A very enjoyable double vinyl set!

These records are from our own private collection, we  known most of them since they where babies, so  we are in a good position to point out all of the good and not so good details!
We grade all our records as honesty as we can and  will point out all the little details that we think you, as a collector needs to know!

They say a picture is worth a thousand words! We upload loads of pictures for your consideration. We do not use stock photos, so please look at all pictures carefully! We use the UK Record Collector Grading System for all our vinyl, I will not cut and paste this here, as you can goggle this very easily, instead I will explain sone misunderstandings, that arise from time to time.

Grade Excellent does not mean, New, or like New, this would be graded as Mint.
I rarely sell Mint,I only use this grade if the record is sealed and unopened.
I do however use Near Mint, I use this grade when I am absolutely delighted with the quality and audio playback of the vinyl.
A cut above grade Excellent!

Grade Excellent is a record that has been well looked after and stored by a conscientious collector and shows evidence of being played. Please let me explain, I have Rolling Stones albums from the 1960s, many of these are well over 50 years old and would be graded as excellent, on the other hand I have a new Happy Mondays album, that is totally mashed up and can never be graded as excellent. It can now only be used as what we call a collection filler!

Grade Very Good means reasonable wear or tear considering the age of the record or cover.

If you are buying anything below grade VG please have no expectations! The price should reflect the grade. I would only buy grade Good or below if I could not afford VG or Excellent.
As an example, I am looking out for The Smashing Pumpkins album, Melon Collie And The Infinite Sadness, it costs a fortune in decent condition, however I would consider buying it as grade Good, if it ever becomes available.

If you see a few Records that you like, we will be very happy to combine postage for you.
This is quite a cost effective way of collecting, you can buy 2 or 3 albums and the postage will be the same. If you click  on Buy It Now, that will reserve your music! If you pay I will refund you, postage for a few albums should only be 4.10 pounds for a few records. If you do not pay, I will send you over an invoice with the adjusted postage costs, same as above.
