The record as observed appears in near excellent condition however there are some fingerprint like and few other marks so listing as VG plus to be safe.
The album cover still has its original plastic wrap and sticker price :-), but it seems like the corner was cut which I have no idea what that meant. Otherwise it's in great condition because it has been wrapped all this time.
