This is one of the rarest Van Halen promo 12” singles ever! And one of the coolest looking!! Look at the pictures for exact condition. The cover has some edge wear and slight dings. There’s a small price sticker on there. What you see in the pictures is what you get!!! If you need additional photos, just ask. The back cover is called custom. I’m not sure why since it’s blank!!
