This is the reissure of The Verve 'A Northern Soul" LP.  Pressed on 80 gram vinyl 2016. Made in Germany.
Condition of front cover: has corner dings, original plastic over cover and record imprint. Over all very good.
Condition of Inserts: Record 1 insert has corner dings and slight record imprint. Record 2 insert has corner dings and record imprint. No tearing on either.
Record 1 & 2 both are in very good plus condition. Some pops and crackle when played on all sides, but over all very good. No skips or deep scratches. Please see photos.
The Verve's second studio LP. This LP was originally released in 1995 by Hut Records.
A Northern Soul was a moderate success upon release, charting at number 13 in the UK, and has since after its release received critical acclaim, as well as being ranked high in readers polls in popular music publications. This is being the final album to featured the original line-up, until their 2008's Forth. In 2013, NME ranked it at number 390 in its list of the 500 Greatest Albums.
The single "History" ranked to #24 in UK.
The Verve went onto record Urban Hymns in 1997 and became super stars both in US, Canada and in the UK with Bittersweet Symphony. Richard Ashcroft has since been recording solo.

Richard Ashcroft vocals/acoustic guitar, Nick McCabe electric guitar/pianio, Peter Salisbury drums/percussion and Simon Jones Bass/percussion and 12 string acoutic guitar on "History".
