I'm not qualified to "grade" an album, but in my opinion the vinyl appears NM+ and the cover is VG+.

This version did not have the hype sticker on the shrink when I purchased it in 1996.
Includes original Merchandise Form and Poster!
Condition is "Used". 
Some cover creasing on front top-right / rear top-left and front bottom-right / rear bottom-left (see photos).
Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
