Owned by my dad from new and has been stored upright in a plastic protective sleeve. No warping.

The gatefold sleeve is in excellent condition. Spine is in excellent and undamaged but has what looks like a blue pen mark just over half way down (see photo 3). Inside of gatefold is excellent.
Inner dust sleeve is in near mint condition with no splits or damage.
The record has been played and has numerous light surface scratches to side one and two
Side 1 runout groove hand-etched A0051 A2. It has also been hand-etched with what looks like LZ 10 A2 which has been crossed out 
Side 2 runout groove hand-etched A0051 B. It also has hand-etched what looks like LZ 10 B which has been crossed out and next to that it has W - 9 which isn't crossed out. There is also more lettering crossed out but I can't make out what was etched.
