KISS Dressed To Kill German Press 2014 LP limited edition heavyweight Vinyl w/ German Logo in carefully sliced open shrink.  180 gram vinyl.  Sleeve and record are NM, played once.  You can see the 3-D GERMAN version "KISS" logo [without the stylized "SS" at the end which is prohibited in Germany...) pressed into the cover front and back.  In split open shrink with "BackOnBlack" Kiss hype sticker (and original price sticker from Saturn record shop in Munich where I purchased this record).  An absolute MUST for any serious fan!  Out of print!  Very hard to find at all from a US seller, especially in this NM condition.

1.    SHIPPING GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS – Read Carefully:

WE ONLY SHIP TO US BUYERS IN THE CONTINENTAL 48 STATES.  We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska or any US territories or protectorates (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Etc.).  We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, or similar locations.  Bids from any others will be rejected and the item relisted, and negative feedback left for the inappropriate bidder.  We are unable to offer combined shipping for multiple items purchased.

3.     CONDITION AND GRADING OF ITEMS

Vinyl and CDs are graded according to Goldmine-type Standards, which include an element of subjectivity: therefore only major deviations from the below will be considered re: requested returns.  All items are visually graded never play graded. You must review the particular listing and photos for full details and description of any additional imperfections or comments on condition. Vinyl grading is usually based on a modified Goldmine-type standard, as follows:

VINYL and CD GRADING

SS : Still Sealed

NM :  Near-Mint. Item has been opened.  Appears to be a new LP or CD but it isn't sealed and has no more than one or two flaws.

EX+ - Close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play. Will satisfy all but the most vain and demanding collector.

EX - a used, reasonable copy. Vinyl Shows slight signs of wear.

VG++ : Very Good ++.  Superficial signs of use. 

VG+ : Very Good +.  May exhibit minor surface marks with likely some mild vinyl surface noise. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility a few skuffs and/or light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.

VG : Very Good.  May have numerous light scratches or marks that will affect music quality some, but is likely playable.

G : Good.  Heavier Wear, usually from improper storage, This record will definitely have some noise due to its markings, but could be worthwhile buy for sentimental reasons.

SLEEVE GRADING:

SS : Still Sealed    

NM : Like new  

EX+ - Close to like new with only superficial signs of wear

VG++: May have light corner wear

VG+ : Rougher corners and seams may have some light splitting  

VG : Heavy splitting or wear.

G : Rougher overall appearance with heavier splitting

4.     SHIPPING COSTS & HANDLING TIME

$4.00 Economy Shipping on single LPs or CDs only.  Multiple LPs, CDs, or other items will be invoiced at actual shipping cost or as indicated in the individual listing.  Handling time: items will ship within approximately 7 days after receiving cleared payment.  Note according to EBAY’s definition “The handling time is the number of business days the seller will take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment. A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller’s account. If the buyer pays by PayPal, the payment may clear immediately….This does not include the number of business days the shipping service will take to deliver the item to you.  When a seller has specified a handling time and a certain shipping service with transit times, eBay will provide buyers with an estimated delivery time. By knowing the estimated delivery time, you can determine how long it will take to receive the item. “Business days” are normal weekdays. 5.     RETURNS money back only for shipments of the wrong item, or defective product not due to shipping carrier damage, and in all cases buyer pays return shipping.  You must alert us by ebay message of your intent to return prior to sending the item back to us to give us an opportunity to rectify the situation.  Refund will be processed within approximately 2 weeks after the returned product is actually received by us.  We will only consider requests for returns which are received by us within 30 days after the product has been delivered to you. The risk of loss for the product being returned shall be with you at all times during the shipment of such product back to us.
