Vinyl is near mint
Sleeve has 2 small tears on the inner side of the gatefold. These are pictured with measuring tape to give you an idea of perspective. These can’t be seen when the gatefold sleeve is closed and other than these tears, the condition of the sleeve is excellent given that it is almost 20 years old.
