Clumbia House Record Club pressing. . "Manufactured by Columbia House Under License" on the back of the cover. CRC appears on label. Pressed at Columbia Carrollton, GA. Labels printed at Richmond, Indiana. No Number for the Manufacturing License. Plain inner sleeve. Some what rare. Have owned it for nearly 40 years and have not played it. I will not test play.
