All Records are sold as is and non returnable. Saying that, there are some exceptions. If USPS damages your record during shipment, please let me know within 48 hours of delivery. I”ll need you to send me a picture so I can verify the damage. Once verified, I’ll refund your money. If USPS loses your package and it can verified through USPS tracking, please let me know. Once verified by USPS that your package is lost, I’ll refund your money. If I mail you the wrong record, please let me know. Once Verified, I’ll pay for the return and ship out the correct record at my cost. There are always some exceptions to these guidelines, it’s best to chat with me. I’m a responsible person. 

Disclaimer: Some of these records will have wear and tear on them. Some will have scratches. Some will be super clean, meaning I never played them. Some will be brand new. I will do my part to highlight which records have flaws, but I will not catch everything. It’s just not possible. Please read the description on the listing before purchase.

Please Note: All records are cleaned with the original DiscWasher before sale. I will always try and drop the needle on the record to verify playback, but because I have Thousands of records in inventory, I will not have time to play every track on every record.
