This is a 2017 reissue on 180 gram double LP of Jamiroquai's 1992's debute - Emergency On Planet Earth.
Jamiroquai are an English funk and acid jazz band from London. Formed in 1992, they are fronted by vocalist Jay Kay, and were prominent in the London-based funk/jazz movement of the 1990s.
An unsigned review from The Daily Telegraph stated that the band "take[s] every cliche in the soul handbook and somehow turn it into a thing of beauty."
