All untested. Folder binder has wear, tears, staining, etc. from age and use. Records are in good condition. Some are better than others. No deep scratches.

FRAGILE ITEMS are wrapped securely & may be double boxed. Box marked "FRAGILE". High value or extremely rare items require a Buyer's or adult signature at delivery to confirm receipt. Strong tape used to pack. Use extra care & handling when unwrapping your order.

FREE SHIPPING applies to USA mainland/domestic addresses and Ebay's Global Ship Center in Kentucky. International buyers responsible to pay for any other fees, taxes, customs, etc. The Ebay Global Ship center handles customs/billing.

RETURNS:

Since most items are fragile, besides being vintage, antique, or rare, we can not accept returns. Items can be damaged or lost on their return. Postage fees are not refunded by carrier. If a human error was made or we can not prove a description is correct OR if unintentionally, a major flaw - that wasn't clearly & obviously shown in 12 photos, was missed, a return request will be accepted. Requests must be opened asap or within 14 days of purchase date. REQUESTS AFTER 14 DAYS NOT ACCEPTED. No exceptions.

Shop smart! When you purchase an item, inspect it. Our policy is honesty & basic common sense. We shop online too & totally understand there's uncertainties of doing so. Ask any questions before you buy it. We're a small family business, not a major company. We can not offer 30 day returns & do not have the big biz luxury to claim losses.

If delivered item was DAMAGED in shipping, notify us at once. Send 5 CLEAR, close up photos to show damage. Including photos of ship label & damaged shipping box. We'll file USPS insurance claim to settle it & to process your refund. Keep damaged item in original box until USPS claim is processed. We will advise you when claim is accepted, then you may dispose the broken item. This is vital because USPS may request to inspect broken item. If they do, we will ask you to bring the item in original box to your post office or tape original box with broken item & give it to your mail carrier. So it's not lost, we ask you to write this info clearly on top of box:
