Item graded conservatively.

VG+. In very good condition. Very light ring wear in the front towards the top (see picture 5), It's hard to see unless you very close. No ringwear in the back or in the bottom half of the front side. Very small marks at the top and the bottom, not to be confused with the dots that are part of the design (see photos 3,4).
No splits. Good spine. No writing.
Record:
VG++ closet to E- only some very light paper scuff marks. Similar to what you get sometimes from new records. The vinyl is nice and glossy.
Soundwise is excellent. No pops or cracks or background noise. Very quiet copy.
Both insert in perfect conditions.
No Obi.
