Velvet Underground and Nico vinyl. Lou Reed wasn’t a household name back then and the band was only played on underground FM radio. Something was different about this band. 20 years ahead of its time.
The cover by Andy Warhol who also produced the lp, always intrigued people. One of my so called friends, back in the early 70’s, decided to pull back the banana peel and pulled too fast and hard. Ripped it off. Sorry! Things happen.
Now for the album condition.
Played on Technics 1700, the albums condition is as near to mint as you will find available. The cover is in excellent shape sans the peel. (See photos)
The inlay is original and discolored as can be expected for age.
