It's not sealed, but I've never played it so I consider it still "new". It's been stored in a storage box in non-smoking damp-free environments over the years.
Besides the record, the album package includes: a gatefold jacket, red printed inner sleeve, printed photo envelope, and nine (9) polaroid photos.
