This was part of my mom’s 78 rpm collection. I am not a record seller and am not acquainted with the rating system. In my opinion this record is in good-very good condition. It appears to have some light scratches but I don't think they affect playability. The surface seems smooth and shiny—in fact I had a difficult time photographing it satisfactorily because the surface is so reflective. Also, while I think it is a shellac pressing, it seems to be slightly less thick and slightly lighter-weight than other records in her collection (for example the VICTOR labels from the early 1900s). As the buyer/collector, please use your knowledge of this particular disk to make your decision about whether it is shellac or vinyl. I have sandwiched the record between cardboard and secured it with tape. I will then wrap it in bubble wrap and send it MEDIA MAIL with insurance.
