This is not a reissue and is in excellent / near mint condition, as shown in the pictures.
There is a black spot near the dragon on the front and I think it's just something that got under the shrink wrap at the factory. The same with a white spot that looks like it is shrink-wrap material. They are minor and if you remove the shrink-wrap I'm pretty sure these will fall off. I have included pictures.
