Sleeve is in great condition. It has some light shelf wear and edge wear in some areas. Creased corners (see pictures). Inner sleeve has a small 1" split at the bottom center and some very minimal corner creasing. Vinyl is glossy with some light scuffing. Label on side A has a small 1/4" x 1/8" mark right above the V, which is kind of hard to see. Play-tested without any issues. Great sound. Stored in new poly sleeve.
