The cover shows signs of wear but is it separated. The picture window is in great shape One of the corners of the cover is wrinkled shown in the picture. The album itself is in very good condition no tactile scratches, nothing that I can feel. There’s one visible one that stands out but again, nothing tactile. I took a picture so it’s in one of the photos. The interior sleeve is separated and three sides and one slight 1” tear on the backside. Comes from a smoke free and pet free environment.
