This is The Procrastinator by Lee Morgan in its 1978 US 2xLP vinyl edition as part of the Blue Note Jazz Classic Series (BN-LA582-J2). The two LPs are in generic inserts in a gatefold sleeve.
Vinyl is in Excellent condition. The gatefold sleeve is in Good condition with moderate ring wear, minimal edge wear, and the top right (non-fold side) corner clipped. The generic inner sleeves do not match, so one or possibly both of the original inner sleeves have been been replaced.
