We are located in Puerto Rico, therefore, all Media Mail items travel by sea to Jacksonville, FL (Media Mail doesn't travel by air) and then by truck to its final destination. If you see no tracking updates for a couple of days, don't panic or open unnecessary "items not received claims". Its just that the item is still on the ship and hasn't arrived to Jacksonville yet. It is in transit, don't worry.
