Prince - Collector's Edition picture disc of Money Don't Matter 2 Night with the clear edge, includes the original sleeve and cardboard insert.  I've never tried to play this, but the picture side is not playable, only the black side. The disc is in great condition, the insert and vinyl sleeve both show ring wear, bends and wrinkling.  The insert does not have any tears or holes in it.
