The record and sleeve are both in very good plus condition. This is an autographed copy which comes from a recently deceased collector. Each of his records have notes in the sleeve as to where and when the sleeves were signed.
This record was signed during the Serious Moonlight Tour. David played Milton Keynes from 1st to 3rd July 1983. I will include the note that verifies this. 
It was signed by David via Jed Levi (Guest Sponsor for the tour). The autograph has faded with time and appears to have been signed quickly, possibly during a very hectic schedule, but it appears to be genuine. 
I have seen many Bowie autographs over the years and this looks genuine. Although this one has faded, it can still be viewed up close as shown in the photos. I am including the note verifying the autograph, in the sleeve.
