12-inch of Soundgarden's Outshined. I've owned it from new and it's barely been played. There's a little wear to the cover but the vinyl is excellent.

I am not a professional or vinyl enthusiast but I've graded this as carefully as I can:

The sleeve is VG+ (a little wear, a small tear (pictured) some signs of aging)
Inner sleeve is original and in very good shape with no damage.
The disc is EX and has no visible marks

Will be properly packed in a sturdy record mailer.
